Week 4 | Day 19 | Connecting, still: Today we're allowing our minds to wander and allowing nothing to be everything for a moment
Hi,
Around this time in any Retreat, we start to want to go faster (the irony!), to try to pack in as much as possible. We're aware that the clock is ticking and we start to feel the anxiety of having to do everything, to fix everything remaining.
So today, we're pushing back on this.
We're asking you to ditch the mental to-do lists and do nothing.
We're asking you to get bored, but in a different way.
