The Wellery | A New Home for Happier Humans

Whether you are longing for more connection and meaning, to live life rather than just get through it, and to accept yourself as enough rather than always striving for perfection, The Wellery will help you embrace the beautifully messy aspects of wellbeing while approaching life in a way that is uniquely yours.

Hi,

I’m Claire, an eternal explorer of all things wellbeing and all the feelings, though I often forget to intermittently fast, struggle to like wild swimming and forget the podcast epiphany I just had.

You’ve just stumbled upon The Wellery. You may have taken a few twists and turns to get here but I’m thrilled that you’ve made it. Take a moment if you need it, you’re probably exhausted right now.

If you’re always set in try mode, are a seeker like me, and will follow curiosity anywhere (unless anxiety gets to you first, which is possible) you’ve just arrived in exactly the right place.

This is how I imagine The Wellery: it’s part cafe, bookshop, events space, lecture venue, community hub, therapy room, and coworking place all mixed in our imaginations and with better parking!

It’s designed to help us explore our everyday wellbeing in real terms, more about acceptance and less about striving.

We’ll be discovering real self-care practices that make sense in our uncertain world, finding a new way to well and getting creative with life, playing with ideas and experimenting with possibilities

And we’ll be learning to better navigate our days with practices rooted in kindness, curiosity and self-trust.

I hope that The Wellery can be a place you return to whenever life feels overwhelming, all those feelings become a little too much or you’re just looking for something and you’re not even sure what that is.

Join me as we explore from a place of curiosity, get a little messier in the world of wellbeing and lean into more of our feelings (even though emotions are a little scary).

When you join The Wellery, you’ll get access to exclusive resources, deeper conversations and a community built around real, sustainable practices that support our mental and emotional wellbeing.

Your membership will include:

Follow (or even participate in) A Year of Living Well-ishly

A Year of Living Well-ishly
